After twenty years of married life, I kept the name, left the marriage and Pennsylvania, and moved down to Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

For a decade, I have served as crew and first mate on the skipjack Nathan of Dorchester, a traditional Chesapeake Bay sailing vessel designed for oyster dredging.

Writing and graphic design work sometimes lets me pay a few of the bills.
