2012 - 40th From Resume I am a dynamic, resourceful teaching professional with a genuine interest in student success; academically, socially, and emotionally. In my classroom students must commit to a level of performance that challenges to reach their full potential. I am a strong advocate for explicit standard based instruction. I am actively involved in all areas of education; including curriculum development, teacher mentoring, parent and community involvement. A self-driven educator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who effectively collaborates with all levels of staff members and fosters quality relationships with students and their families. Currently 4th grade Literacy at Pittsburgh Banksville. I have a daughter, Rowan, who is a senior at Point Park University.
