Dennis McIntyre Obituary Dennis "Mac" McIntyre, born May 20, 1954, in San Francisco, California, passed away peacefully at his residence in Hendersonville, North Carolina, on November 5, 2024, at the age of 70. Dennis was a beloved husband, brother, and uncle, known for his warm heart and inquisitive mind. An avid reader and sports fan, he had a passion for acquiring knowledge and sharing it with those around him. His love for music and fine cuisine was evident to all who knew him, and his presence at gatherings brought joy and laughter to family and friends alike. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward McIntyre and Elizabeth Cody McIntyre. Dennis is survived by his devoted wife, Noreen McIntyre; his cherished sisters, Barbara (Alain), Laura (Debbie), and Juli (Tony); and his dear nieces and nephews, Deborah, Christopher, Jennifer, and Zack. He is also mourned by his father-in-law, Gerald, and mother-in-law, Phyllis, along with numerous friends who will miss him. Having previously resided in Cocoa Beach, Florida, Dennis's life journey took him across various communities where he touched many lives with his kindness and generosity. In this time of remembrance, Dennis's family and friends take solace in the memories of his vibrant spirit and the love he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him. A Mass of Christian Burial in his memory will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Friday, November 15, 2024, at 10:00 am, with a visitation the night prior from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm at Church Street Funeral & Cremation.
